Various models of level gauges are equipped with level alarms and control switches, which can achieve upper and lower limit alarm, control, or interlocking of the liquid level or boundary. When equipped with static pressure level transmitters or dry spring resistance level transmitters, the liquid level and boundary signals can be converted into two-wire 4-20mADC standard signals, enabling remote indication, detection, recording, and control. Suitable for liquid level measurement in corrosive media and high operating temperatures, with reliable structure and long service life. It is the best choice for measuring the liquid level of highly corrosive media such as hydrofluoric acid. The stainless steel lined PTFE corrosion-resistant magnetic flap level gauge adopts a stainless steel body lined with polypropylene (PP) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) technology, which has high structural strength and corrosion resistance, and can be applied to acidic liquids such as hydrochloric acid, alkaline liquids, and organic solvents. Installation and maintenance of anti-corrosion magnetic flap level gauge
1. The installation of the liquid level gauge must be vertical to ensure that the float component can move freely up and down inside the main pipe.
2. Magnetic conductors are not allowed to approach the main body of the liquid level gauge, otherwise it will directly affect the correct operation of the liquid level gauge.
3. After the installation of the liquid level gauge is completed, it needs to be calibrated with magnetic steel to guide the flip column once, so that the display below the zero position is red and the display above the zero position is white.
4. When the liquid level gauge is put into operation, the valve of the lower drainage pipe should be opened first to allow the liquid medium to smoothly enter the main pipe, avoiding the liquid medium from rapidly rising with the floating ball component, which may cause failure and disorderly flipping of the column. If this phenomenon occurs, it can be recalibrated with magnetic steel after the liquid level stabilizes.
